About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

History

M. Amber Barger ("Amber") knew she wanted to be a lawyer since she was a toddler.  She soaked up books, law-related movies and documentaries, and competed in speech, debate, and court simulations from junior high all the way through law school.  She was the first in her family to graduate from college and law school and she worked in several service and professional industries throughout her upbringing and years in school, so she never lost her connection with the value of hard work and the struggles of modern daily life.

After graduation from law school, she worked in a large then a small firm both specializing in civil matters.  She also served as corporate in-house counsel for a growing Arlington corporation where she assisted with complex litigation, contract review, risk management, and employee matters. In early 2019, she decided to embark on a solo journey as a lawyer so that she could offer more personalized service and tap into her knowledge and experience in the field.

In her personal life, Amber is a zealous advocate for animal rights and she has a passion for cooking and traveling. She has visited several countries in South and Central America, the Middle East, and Europe as well as completing study abroad programs in Croatia, Argentina, and Mexico.  She is fluent in Spanish and is connected with the Middle Eastern community in her hometown.
